Very prompt and courteous. We weren't interested in paying emergency fees when our hot water tank gave out at 9 pm, but were surprised that they showed up ready to replace the tank by noon the next day. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent customer service from this company and stood behind work well. He found a problem with the furnace that no one else had up to that time and serviced and repaired the furnace. He was timely and punctual and even had to make a second trip. Also checked my gas meter outside for me as well in my pool shed at no extra cost. Great to deal with and very friendly. Price seemed in line with others and did extra work at no cost. Would highly recommend him in future to any family.

Fixed plumbing in bathroom, redid piping for sink faucets, toilet, as well as shower plumbing. Professional, courteous, and clean - very happy with the overall work done and would recommend them!

These guys KNOW what they're doing. That means they spend less time guessing what might be wrong. Instead they fix things faster which results in lower costs to the customer.

I am so impressed with your service hence the effort to put it in writing that you may use as a reference if so desired. Our Hot Water Tank let go during the night, (but of course) Discovery was about 5 AM when I shut off the valve but not soon enough to prevent damage. And of course before a long weekend. Not really an emergency just awkward in my care of the 98 year old owner of the house. I prefer to deal with local companies thus supporting our community and was so relieved that you came out immediately and as you had previous scheduled bookings offered to install a tank at 6 PM...after hours but not at a extra cost. If the service was not only so helpful, the installation blew me away. Your fellow not only strapped the tank for earth quake potential but provided a 2 X 6 in. piece of wood with braces screwed into the studs to support the tank should it fall the other way. And then he provided the pipe & fittings to the basement drain less than 3 ft. away I did call the original supplier of the tank who by the way had the emergency drain facing the back wall not facing the drain possibly why there was so much damage. Their quote was $300 more plus call out for travel though their office is less than 6 kilometers away. The elderly lady here used to swear by them but I well remember the high prices when we got a new furnace, the sloppy welds and the need to call them back 3 times to amend the exhaust...a straight pipe, no elbow allowing the vapour directly beneath her bedroom window and allowing rain to enter. In contrast, your fellow was an artist with his welds. Again I thank you on behalf of Mrs. A. Danko and myself Kerri Beaulieu
